General Questions

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. To qualify, the items must be unused and in the same condition as the time of purchase. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange of any kind. 

Can I shop in the Patriot Store on campus?

The Patriot Store will be open for shopping during school-wide events on campus. Outside of school events, all orders must be placed online.

What are your store hours?

The Patriot Store is open Monday through Friday from 2:45 PM to 3:30 PM for order pick up and exchanges. You can shop in the Patriot Store during school-wide events on campus.

Where do I get my order when it's ready?

You can pick up your order in the Patriot Store during store hours.

Do you ship orders?

No, we do not ship orders at this time.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will be notified via email and/or text. 

How long until my order is ready for pick up?

Our goal is to process and package your items within 24-48 after receiving your order.

What information do I need to pick up my order?

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.


Where can I get school uniforms?

All school uniforms must be purchased through All Uniform Wear. You can visit our website for more details about uniform requirements.

Where can I get PE uniforms?

Click here to order PE uniforms. Uniforms will be delivered to your students P.E Teacher.
